· 9:00 am - 4:00 pm: Vendor Registration & Display Setup
· 8:00 am - 1:00 pm: Golf (shotgun start) OPTIONAL
OR
· 9:30 am - 3:30 pm: Spa (appointments will be confirmed) OPTIONAL
· 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Customer, Platinum/Gold Vendor, and GVH Cocktail Hour at the Blackwell Inn
· 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm: Back From the Future Kick-Off Dinner at the Hagadone Event Center
Monday, August 25th
· 6:30 am: Continental Breakfast (buffet style)
· 7:00 am - 12:00 pm: Round Table Meetings
· 9:00 am - 11:00 am: Tubbs Hill Hike for Spouses/Significant Others
·12:15 pm - 1:15 pm: Lunch on the Lawn – Coeur d’Alene Resort
·1:00 pm - 4:15 pm: Round Table Meetings
· 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm: GVH Great Gatsby Costume Dinner at the Hayden Lake Country Club
Tuesday, August 26th
· 6:30 am: Continental Breakfast (buffet style)
· 7:00 am - 12:00 pm: Round Table Meetings
· 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm: Lunch on the Lawn – Coeur d’Alene Resort
·1:30 pm - 4:30 pm Team Building Activities at McEuen Park
· 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Posh Picnic Closing Dinner and Recognition and Awards on the Lawn
at the Coeur d’Alene Resort
Wednesday, August 27th
· 6:30 am: Continental Breakfast (buffet style)
· 7:00 am - 12:00 pm: Round table meetings
· All guest departures
